- Although we do our best to treat your device with care, accidents may still occur. You acknowledge that you cannot hold us liable if we damage your device during the repair process.

- You are responsible for both shipping the device to us and covering the cost of return shipping.
- If your device is covered by our warranty, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In the case of a warranty, you are responsible for shipping your device to us.
- By default, our repairs come with a 3-month limited warranty which covers your device in the event that our repair turns out to be defective. To claim your warranty, send the device to us and if we determine that the claim is valid, we will fix it free of charge; this includes return shipping. However, if we are unable to fix your device, we will instead offer you a full refund.
- The warranty does not apply to any issues that arise for a reason unrelated to our work (including but not limited to physical damage or dropping your console).
- Once we have finished servicing your device, we will inform you of the completion and send you a bill. If you do not pay the bill within 3 months, we will consider the device abandoned and we will assume ownership of the device.
- You must contact us before sending your device in. If you fail to do so, we may refuse to work on the device. If such an event occurs, you will be responsible for return shipping; we will keep the device until you cover shipping costs. If you do not act within 3 months, we will claim ownership over the device.
