Please read the Terms of Service here before requesting a repair.

Send an email to orders@halfwave.repair. Make sure to include the following information:

• Name
• Email address
• Device name
• Description of what's wrong with your device

We will get back to you within 48 hours, and we will tell you what steps you need to take in order to ship your device to us.

Once we have confirmed your order, you will receive a reference number. When shipping your device, please include a piece of paper with your name, email and reference number.
